“ The Henry at The Cosmopolitan delivered a solid dining experience. For starters, the Crispy Fried Popcorn Shrimp was an excellent choice. The portion size was just right for sharing, and the combination of spicy peppers, fresh herbs, and zesty malt vinegar tartar sauce made it a well-balanced and flavorful appetizer. The Henry Breakfast was satisfying, with a few highlights. The eggs were decent, cooked to order, but the toast—served with butter—was a standout, better than most I’ve had elsewhere. The hash browns were crispy and delicious, perfectly complementing the meal. I also swapped bacon for a fresh fruit cup, and the fruit was genuinely fresh and flavorful, a welcome addition. Overall, The Henry provides quality options for a hearty breakfast or an enjoyable bite at The Cosmopolitan. ”
“ Our group had the pleasure of dining at The Henry in Las Vegas, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is a perfect mix of sophistication and relaxed comfort, making it a great spot for a late-night bite or a stylish brunch. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall vibe felt both upscale and welcoming. Now, let’s talk about the avocado toast—hands down one of the best I’ve had! The bread was perfectly toasted, giving it that satisfying crunch without being too hard. The avocado was fresh, creamy, and well-seasoned, complemented by toppings that added layers of flavor and texture. Whether it was a touch of citrus, a sprinkle of chili flakes, or a perfectly poached egg on top, every bite was balanced and delicious. Beyond the avocado toast, the menu offers a great selection of elevated comfort food, from indulgent breakfast dishes to satisfying late-night options. If you’re looking for a spot that delivers on both quality and atmosphere, The Henry is definitely worth a visit! ”
“ Went for breakfast. The service was good and attentive, the food choices were a good variety and everything we tried was great. Had the Henry (normal eggs, hash browns, toast and bacon), it was good but I asked for crispy bacon and it came normally cooked. Also has the Avocado toast, that was great. Their coffee was very good as was the hand squeezed orange juice. ”
“ I had the pleasure of dining at The Henry, a stylish restaurant nestled inside The Cosmopolitan Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! This modern American eatery serves up creative, farm-to-table cuisine, but the real star of the show is their incredible burgers. I ordered the signature Henry Burger, and it was love at first bite! The service was also top-notch, with friendly, attentive servers who knew their stuff. The atmosphere was upscale yet approachable, with a chic, industrial-chic decor that added to the dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend The Henry to anyone seeking a exceptional burger in Las Vegas. With its commitment to quality ingredients, creative cuisine, and outstanding service, this restaurant is a must-visit destination. ”
“ I had the short rib Eggs Benedict, which was absolutely delicious! The fresh-squeezed orange juice was also fantastic. I personally didn't enjoy the coffee—it was extremely bitter, and even after adding plenty of sugar and milk, it was still undrinkable for me. Prices were much reasonable compared to other breakfast places on the strip. ”
“ Personally, the chicken, biscuits and gravy were excellent. My brother didn’t care for the omelet, he said it was too much egg. I loved the service and location to grab breakfast before a long day of Vegas! ”
“ Absolutely delicious, perfect place for brunch! Only waited about 20 minutes for a table for 2. The French toast was extremely satisfying, paired with a side of sausage to balance out all the sweetness. The champagne supernova and The Wind-Up Bird drinks were so refreshing! ”
“ We had booked a table however it was for the wrong day so they accommodate us and managed to get us a table for 3. The service was lovely. Food was ok, I wouldn’t say it was anything special but good. The French toast looked incredible though. ”
